Map of the Isle of Man
A hand-coloured map of the Isle of Man from The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britain, originally published by I. Sudbury et G. Humble in 1616. The caption reads: 'The Isle of Man exactly decribed and who Several Parishshes divided with every Towne, Village, Baye, Creke, and River therin conteyned. The bordringe Coats wherewith it is circulated in their situations sett, and by the Compase accorigly shewed, with their true distance from every place unto this Island by a Severall scale observed'.
